The company was founded in 2006 and is headquartered at 2880 SW 23rd Terrace # 108, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.

We also have an operational workshop at Lauderdale Marine Center, where the company is a registered Tenant-Partner.

The president, Danilo Chapelin is a Mechanical and Marine Engineer graduated in 1986 from the prestigious Saint-Petersburg State Marine Technical University in Russia. He is also a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.
